Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 pound ground turkey breast, browned
1 can organic diced tomatoes
1 can organic tomato sauce
1 can beef or chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 can white or great northern beans, drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 stalks celery diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/4 or sliver of jalapeno pepper, minced fine
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon or less, ground red pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot, and cook on high 4 hours, or low 6 hours. Can be made on the stove top, just let everything simmer until the vegetables are tender.
